Psychotherapy (Individual, Relationship, Group)

D.C. rowhomes

Everyone experiences difficult times at some point, and individualized and tailored therapy can help people cope with these hard times. Therapy can look different for each person—it can be short-term and goal-directed or longer-term and more exploratory.

Rainbow ribbons around columns and gates

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational concerns, multicultural issues, and adjustment and life transition challenges with adults, adolescents, and couples from a variety of cultural identities. I work with many BIPOC, AANHPI, and LGBTQ+ clients. I am passionate about helping folks who are looking for empowerment, exploration, and support with life stressors.

Black Lives Matter Plaza signs

I work from a social justice, liberation-oriented, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens and provide culturally affirming and responsive therapy that is tailored to the needs of the individual. My clients describe me as warm and engaging and say that they feel held and seen while also being supportively challenged in therapy.
