How do I make an appointment?

Before setting up our first appointment, I provide a free 20-minute initial consultation. The initial consultation will provide us an opportunity to discuss further your reasons for seeking therapy and your hopes and goals, to answer questions about the therapy process and my therapeutic approach, and to assess our fit.

Note: submitting a form or sending an email does not create a patient-therapist relationship. Any such relationship would be created by mutual agreement and after signing consent forms.
