I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational concerns, multicultural issues, and adjustment and life transition challenges with adults, adolescents, and couples from a variety of cultural identities. I am passionate about helping folks who are looking for empowerment, exploration, and support with life stressors.
